The course is designed to strengthen and develop your management skills.

This course is perfect for you if you want to become or are new to or have no formal training for a Supervisor / Team-Leader / Manager role and would like to update your communication, motivation and leadership skills.

It is suitable for a wide variety of organisations and you get an internationally recognized QQI certificate at Level 6.

 

This Supervisory Management course will provide you with an effective framework to develop the essential skills for successfully managing a team. We understand the challenges of managing a team while working as part of that team. This programme will help you to achieve high targets throughout your team and keep the motivational level high.

 

You will leave with the most up to date information and skills available on how to manage change, motivate, discipline, delegate, inspire, problem solve, and all the key skills needed to succeed as a supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

No prior skills, knowledge or competence in the award subject matter will be required of the learner for successful entry to the programme; but learners will be expected to have a minimum of Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate standard of education or equivalent and/or experience.  Proficiency in English language is required, together with a strong interest in (subject).
Learners whose first language is not English will be required to provide proof of proficiency in the English language through satisfactory performance on an internationally recognised test (e.g. IELTS 5.5) or other similar English Language qualifications.
