The course is designed to strengthen and develop your management skills.
This course is perfect for you if you want to become or are new to or have no formal training for a Supervisor / Team-Leader / Manager role and would like to update your communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
It is suitable for a wide variety of organisations and you get an internationally recognized QQI certificate at Level 6.
This Supervisory Management course will provide you with an effective framework to develop the essential skills for successfully managing a team. We understand the challenges of managing a team while working as part of that team. This programme will help you to achieve high targets throughout your team and keep the motivational level high.
You will leave with the most up-to-date information and skills available on how to manage change, motivate, discipline, delegate, inspire, problem-solve, and all the key skills needed to succeed as a supervisor.
The minimum age is 17 Years. All learners must have a good standard of English.

Course Award

Garda Vetting
Garda Vetting is a legal requirement under the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016 for the vetting of persons carrying out work with children or vulnerable persons.
Students must complete the Garda Vetting process before commencing work placement.
Students who have spent more than 6 months living outside of Ireland will need to provide a copy of their Police Clearance Certification for all international addresses that they have lived at, before starting placement.
