The purpose of this QQI validated Training Identification and Design 6N3325 award is to develop an understanding of the methodologies and processes available to approach Training Delivery and Evaluation. This Training Identification and Design course covers the role and objectives of the trainer, the needs of the learner and the evaluation process.
